Where we ship from

Every consignment is packed and dispatched from our own counter at Gold Coin Building, Zaveri Bazar, Mumbai. Stock is held here, so what you order is what ships.

When we dispatch

An order is dispatched once it has been confirmed by our team and payment has been received. We tell you the expected dispatch date when we confirm the order, rather than quoting a blanket delivery time that may not hold for your lot.

Courier and tracking

We ship by reputed courier across India. Once your consignment leaves us we share the courier name and the AWB or docket number with you, and it is also shown against the order in your account on this site.

Freight

Freight is charged at actuals unless we have agreed otherwise with you in writing. It is confirmed with you along with the order.

On delivery

Please check the parcel before accepting it. If the packing is torn or the seal is broken, note it with the courier at the time of delivery and tell us the same day, with photographs. That note is what lets us pursue a claim.

Exports

We supply exporters. Documentation and terms for an export consignment are agreed case by case; please speak to us before placing the order.
